I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with adult individuals and couples who are focused on improving and finding greater fulfillment in their relationships. I believe the strength and quality of our relationships is directly correlated to our levels of happiness, and am passionate about supporting my clients in learning how to better show up in the relationships in their lives. In addition to my ten years in private practice, my colleague and I co-authored a book in 2019 titled BreakUp and BreakOut to support those navigating the feelings surrounding a breakup.
