Growing up, in a Latin household, we are introduced to the concept of community as a pillar of society. Community looked different depending on the day: from a family friend daughters birthday party to your aunt\'s Ph.D. graduation ceremony. As a family that constantly moved around, building communities and cultivating them became a skill.(A skill that I continue to practice everyday - just moved to Raleigh, let’s connect if you are in the area!)Nonetheless, I realized over time these communities had 3 foundations: shared purpose, positive relationships, and open communication. Growing up in the era of the digital age, these 3 foundations remained, even through a new medium. In this medium digital marketing was born. As a digital marketer, that is my passion, to use my uniquely crafted skills to build a community that has a shared purpose and fosters positive relationships, all done through open communication.
