Acting as Program and Project Manager for power-related projects, focusing on the State of Good Repair for all Facility and Propulsion assets.• Leading and supporting Project Managers and Coordinators within the Systems and Engineering Project Delivery teams, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders, including EMUP, Rail and Rail Expansion.• Creating the Power Program Road Map Capital plan, organizing its structure, and collaborating daily with the main client, BCRTC team. Collaborating with all power project managers to establish a consistent approach to project documentation and execution.• Created Governance Structure, Program Budget, Dashboard and Program Charter/Terms of Reference, which were approved by the Program Team, including Sponsor, CAG, and iPMO team.• Working on establishing streamlined processes for seamless project delivery under the Program.
