My experience for a Small size Company has given me a lot of insights relevant to the activities performed by several departments, such as Accounting, Sales, HR and Operations. I am a multi-tasking employee working on different tasks at the same time, able to prioritize correctly all the activities to be performed, respecting deadlines and dealing with the different departments of the COmpany in order to obtain all the needed information. My past activities were mainly focused on Project Coordination and Desk Expediting in a variety of projects, from Oil and Gas (Refining / Exploration / Production, Onshore / Offshore), Power Generation and Distribution, Petrochemical, and Industrial Process Plants. This includes coordinating the efforts of contractors or consultants in order to deliver Projects according to plan, from both a quality and schedule point of view.
