My role goes beyond running analyses: I manage the full process of optimizing thermal solutions, modifying geometries and cooling systems until the required performance targets are met (e.g. reducing CPU or electronic component temperatures to specified limits).I even support the testing phase in climatic chambers, comparing experimental results with the thermal models to ensure accuracy and reliability.I also have strong knowledge of stress tests performed in climatic chambers, used to reproduce real operating conditions and assess the stress that electronic boards will experience in the field.Key skills- Thermal modeling, heat transfer analysis, and airflow simulation- Electronics cooling (PCB, enclosures, power modules) and system-level thermal design- Optimization of cooling strategies to enhance performance and reliability- Cross-functional support for R&D, design validation, and product development- Advanced use of ANSYS Icepak for accurate prediction and optimization of thermal behavior
