Valentina is a professional with a unique story deeply rooted in the world of coffee, coming from a family of roasters spanning three generations. Her father, founder of “The Holly” in 1960, revolutionized the industry with his philosophy of pursuing absolute quality. This vision led him to travel across Africa and Latin America, discovering extraordinary raw materials and even facing the political challenges of turbulent times, such as during the dictatorship in El Salvador, where he established a second roasting facility.With over 60 years of Italian roasting secrets, Valentina has made a name for herself in the coffee sector, winning three gold medals in Coffee Tasting competitions with blends she created herself. Her passion for coffee extends beyond roasting: she is eager to delve into every aspect of production, from agronomy to sustainability, and aims to build bridges between producers and buyers, improving coffee quality and highlighting the people behind the product.In addition to her coffee expertise, Valentina has gained significant experience with 15 years in the vending industry, where she held various roles such as sales point coordination, warehouse management, and customer care. Her empathy and dedication allow her to establish strong human connections and bring professionalism and passion to every project.Valentina approaches life and work with balance and determination, believing that happiness and culture are essential for achieving success.
