Thanks to the possibility of declining the role of Front Office Manager in a transversal way, gaining experiences in different contexts, I was able to increase and develop my technical and organizational skills. My strength lies in the attention to detail without neglecting the overall vision, this allows me to always have the pulse of the process, to prevent any critical issues and manage both internal and external communications in a fluid way. By combining spontaneity and professionalism I can establish a relationship of trust with the customer, my strength lies in the ability to quickly understand their needs and to build a tailor-made service that has often been defined as \"beyond expectations\". Among my skills stands out that of knowing how to expose concepts to the public even when this is devoid of any notion about it.
