About Valentina Rossi

I’m a dual-degree student in Data Science and Finance at Boston University, and my interest in both fields is to be able to use data-driven modeling and projection to better understand and forecast financial performance. When working in code, I enjoy working with predictive models and translating complex data into insights. Specifically, I’m drawn to applying analytical tools to financial statements to help make informed decisions. I’m a lifelong tennis player and competed for 8 years. This skill has shaped my discipline and competitive mindset. I now play tennis for leisure, and when I am outside the classroom, I spend my time working on my startup, Thrust Hydration, which is an app focused on personalized, data-driven hydration tailored to different activities and conditions.I enjoy learning from others and applying what I learn to build solutions that are both practical and impactful.
