Main activities-Accountant for governance on manufacturing processes, in terms of safety, quality, efficiency and logistics-Coordinates the definition of industrial KPIs and analyzes with Plant Managers to support continuous improvement activities- Assess plants performances, based on requirements defined by planning, highlighting constraints and actions to remove them- Ensures consistency of action plans through targets- Gather successful strategies and best practices to achieve Company targets, based on third Parties’ effort (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing/Suppliers; Sales and Operation planning, Manufacturing Plants)- Understands root causes, monitors and rationalizes unforeseen expenditures tied to manufacturing and logistics activities (such as inventory deviation versus targets, special transports, overtime work, incomplete parts, etc.), thus bringing them under strict management control and enhancing production planning and ordering- Keeps a strong networking, both internally and at other Departments, with a view to increasing both internal and external team building- Makes follow up key corporate project’s milestones, making sure both internal and external allocated capacity is timely set to support production launches, ramp-up and fluctuations, thus developing a win-win partnership with key stakeholders- Actively supports WCM activity and Audit preparation, in terms of pillar board and plant activity review, and in time management and communication with WCM central team.
