I currently hold the position of Business Unit Director at Bax Energy Italia, ensuring the successful execution of complex projects in the energy, IT, and software sectors. I oversee every phase of project development, from initiation to delivery, managing priorities and steering strategic decision-making. This role has allowed me to develop advanced skills in strategic planning, the coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and the management of risks and issues, while ensuring adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards. Among my most significant achievements, I have led the testing and commissioning of critical projects, overseeing joint testing sessions with clients and ensuring the attainment of predetermined objectives. Additionally, I have honed the ability to translate technical requirements into accurate effort and cost estimates, effectively planning activities and building strong relationships with both clients and suppliers. Prior to this role, I served for over four years as a Solution Engineer at the same company, consolidating my technical expertise. During this time, I focused on customizing software solutions and I contributed to improving the adoption of software platforms by end users. I also acted as a technical lead on international projects, coordinating project teams and delivering client training sessions, with frequent travel to ensure direct communication and effective implementation. Throughout my career, I have refined a combination of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills that enable me to tackle complex projects with strategic vision, operational precision, and a results-oriented approach.
