Key responsibilities:People Partnering & Manager Support- Serve as the main People & Culture point of contact for several teams in Germany, advising managers on employee relations, development conversations, and organizational practices- Coordinate the implementation of the employee engagement survey and 360° feedback processes, supporting managers in interpreting results and driving follow‑up actions.Payroll, Employment Lifecycle & Compliance- Oversee the German payroll process in close collaboration with an external provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient monthly delivery- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and adherence to local labour regulations- Act as the BEM (Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement) coordinator for Germany and ensure structured reintegration processes according to legal requirements.Regional Projects & EMEA Initiatives- Lead a benefits‑related initiative within the EMEA region, contributing to the evaluation and future development of regional benefit offerings- Support the rollout of global People & Culture processes within the region to ensure consistency and alignment.HR Tools & Systems- Maintain and update employee data and workflows within the company’s HR information system- Coordinate survey and feedback‑related activities through external digital tools.Workplace Experience & Operational Support (Legacy Responsibilities)- Provide day‑to‑day support to employees and contribute to a positive and well‑functioning work environment- Act as a local point of contact for general People & Culture questions and operational needs.
