ABOUT VALENTINA GRUARIN
I\'m a Political Science PhD candidate at the University of Catania in Sicily, Italy, where my research focuses on Euro-Mediterranean multi-level cooperation and governance. Alongside my studies, I serve as Research Lead for both the North Africa and Sahel Desk at the EST\'s Observatory for EU-MENA Relations and the UK and European Affairs Team at ITSS-Verona. In this dual role, I contribute to both academic and policy-oriented research, directing initiatives and guiding discussions to enhance the EU’s strategic positioning in collaboration with European and MENA partners. Driven by a commitment to strengthening the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation framework, I am dedicated to advancing research, generating insights, and developing policy solutions that foster meaningful socio-political and economic dialogue across the region. My work centers on promoting deeper, multi-level collaboration that supports sustainable partnerships and mutual growth.
