ABOUT VALENTINA GROZA

I am a passionate, dedicated and adaptable HR individual, who has a tremendous work ethic, along with strong engagement, influencing and resilience skills. I am always looking to develop myself and put my all into every challenge fearlessly, as I believe that is the best way to learn. My previous experience in Sales, managing a small Telesales team, graduating a Master\'s Degree in Business Management (MBA) and supporting the Senior Executive Recruitment helped me to develop strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. The processes that I had been working on when I was an Advisor in the Specialist Handling team required a strong attention to detail, strong planning and organisational skills. During that period, I also had the opportunity to deputise into the team manager’s role in their absence which helped me to develop more management skills and the capacity to analyse more options in order to make the best decisions in critical situations. This also helped me to gain experience of providing complex advice and guidance across a diverse range of HR activities. All these skills have helped me to have a smooth transition and to succeed in the HR Partnering and Change Consultant role. Since I\'ve been in this role, I have led several Change programmes in different departments across the business and have been successful in coaching and advising senior leadership through the process to ensure early resolution of people issues in a consistent, commercial and transparent way. My collaborative approach, knowing how to navigate the various teams and how they come together, as well as my ability to build strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders have consistently resulted in meaningful organisational impact. Using my strong analytical skills, I analyse complex situations to identify root causes and implement effective solutions, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing in decision-making. I always ensure appropriate due diligence and accuracy in delivery of people processes. I have extensive experience of managing and prioritising workloads to tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently, but also as part of a team. I have always been working with people at all levels and being able to build strong relationships has been the key of success in all my roles.
