In the past two years, our hiring team has not only met but exceeded ambitious goals, successfully filling 58 full-time roles in 2022, including hard-to-fill positions in IT, Risk, Finance, and Product. The following year, we continued this success by bringing on 48 new employees, notably securing a critical Chief Information Officer.Taking charge of the entire hiring process, I worked closely with hiring teams to understand their specific needs, managed the sourcing and screening of candidates, conducted interviews, extended job offers, and oversaw a smooth onboarding experience for each new hire. My role also involved providing business leaders with data-driven insights about the talent market, which helped illuminate the opportunities for diverse candidates across various skills and locations.Recognizing the importance of cultivating talent from an early stage, I forged strong partnerships with universities and crafted our first college recruiting playbook, enhancing the effectiveness of our outreach efforts. To ensure clarity and accountability, I developed key reporting metrics for both our full-time and college recruiting initiatives.In addition to these efforts, I initiated the company’s first social media project to elevate our brand visibility, establishing a posting schedule and creating engaging content that set the stage for future outreach. As a leader, I successfully recruited, trained, and managed 4 new recruiters, integrating them seamlessly into our talent acquisition team. I also served as the main point of contact for all immigration inquiries, facilitating a transparent process for our candidates.
