I work in the Corporate Citizenship field, focusing on creating positive social impact through innovative programs and initiatives. I am actively involved in Accenture’s flagship corporate citizenship initiative, designed to address the global demand for skills that unlock employment opportunities and foster economic empowerment.In my role, I support service delivery and product teams in effectively managing resources, projects, and budgets to achieve the objectives of Corporate Citizenship programs. My responsibilities include: • Collaborating on the development and implementation of demand management processes. • Delivering training and education on standard project management methodologies. • Facilitating governance processes and ensuring clear, comprehensive reporting. • Designing and optimizing models to enhance business decision-making. Additionally, I manage PMO activities, oversee performance measurement (tracking goals and objectives), provide financial support, and lead the Local Giving Program.As the Volunteering Lead for Italy, I coordinate and promote employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of community involvement and impact.
