ABOUT VALENTIN POLINOWSKI
With over eight years of professional work experience in the fields of energy, automotive and software engineering. My core competencies include project management, quality management, data analytics, system and software development. My mission is to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for the energy transition and the decarbonization. These sustainable solutions are connected to the digitalization of processes and the creation of individual software solutions.I am able to catch up a project delays, keeping the budget in scope and fulfilling the desired project goals. This is done by my structured way of working and by understanding the importance of coordinating the individual mode of operation of each colleague from different departments. Additionally, being result-oriented and having an initiative-taking approach to problem-solving supplemented with my hands-on mentality help me to reach the goals.Furthermore, I work up my spirit for entrepreneurial thinking and leverage my expertise and experience as an Energy Efficiency Expert and Consultant for the building industry, where I advise and acquire customers for energy saving renovation, perform LCA and profitability assessment.I am comfortable working in classic and agile project management. Flexibility and mobility are not just buzzwords but more the inner drive I used to achieve the goals in work and to develop myself. I worked in international environments including abroad in Sweden, where I continually expanded my multicultural and effective communication skills on all levels of the hierarchy. I am always combining professional work experience with education. I submitted my PhD thesis in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, a leading technical university in Germany, and finished my MBA from the School of Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University. I also have a certificate as a Scrum Master, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and a variety of professional and leadership education. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having participated in an MBA exchange program at Audencia, a top-ranked business school in France, and being fluent in Russian, German, and English.My inner compulsion is to effectively drive work to its full potential, but furthermore I am a husband, father, son, friend and maybe your next colleague, you can have a good time with.
