Banque Nationale du Canada : Integration of the IT team that is positioned under the \"Employee Experience\" business line in charge of everything related to the employee\'s life (human resources, internal recruitment, compensation, career management). The newly formed IT team is composed of 20 people divided into 2 squads including architects, business and data analysts, full stack developers and data engineers. The objective of these squads is to be able to deliver IT services that capture the employee\'s data in order to offer them for example training that will be valuable to them, allow them to find a job that meets their desires within BNC and so on. My role- Coach the different members of the two teams towards understanding agility- Improve communication between the two teams and the POs - Help new POs understand what is expected from them- Improve backlog maintenance and make it more coherent and uniform for the team - Create clear processes that the team commits to
