The Logistics Operations Specialist is synchroning multiple processes provided by our sales, operations and administrative teams outbound and inbound. My primary responsibility is to provide a best-in-class customer experience, to coordinate with customer service and logistics teams, to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment, resolve any shipping or delivery issues, and optimize transportation processes, to manage inventory control processes, including regular stock counts, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies, to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track warehouse performance, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations and to collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies. The LOS provides operational oversight to ensure efficient outcomes for our partner carriers, shippers and consignees.
