Currently Leading a team of 5 Quality Assurance Engineers who look after the major product feature testing and client tickets.Key Responsibilities- Review product spec and prepare a test plan- Write Testcases for the feature/changes based on product spec- Perform testing on new feature followed by regression and smoke testing- Testing includes text execution on web browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and mobile platforms like Android (Native, Cordova, React, Flutter), iOS on real devices, Android studio emulators, Xcode simulators, Browser stack- Raise issues observed while testing on JIRA- Publish daily/bi-weekly testing and feature stability updates to stakeholders- Automated testcases which are included in daily regression of the product.Other Responsibilities - Project management- Deployment activities.Projects worked on - Push notifications Revamp- App inline channel- RCS messages channel- Viber Messages channel- Web Onsite channel
