Senior technology, implementation, and interoperability consultant with 10+ years of experience leading complex health IT initiatives across federal, state, and private-sector environments. I specialize in end-to-end implementation delivery, supporting EHR/Epic integrations, health information exchange (HIE), interoperability, and data modernization efforts.My work focuses on translating funding, policy, and operational requirements into executed, compliant implementations, particularly within publicly funded and grant-supported programs. I bring deep experience across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery and workflow analysis to system integration, testing, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization; often serving as the bridge between clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
