International instructional and organizational leader with over 10 years of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, and corporate operations. My work spans curriculum development, instructional leadership, academic program design, and organizational development within K–12, higher education, nonprofit, and faith-based environments.My professional foundation began in business management and operations, where I developed strong experience in leadership, budgeting, team development, marketing, and strategic execution. I have led teams, managed budgets, overseen daily operations, and supported organizational growth initiatives in corporate and nonprofit settings.Since 2011, I have served as the founder of an international nonprofit organization where I established leadership training and educational institutions from the ground up. My work includes developing curriculum, training adult learners, facilitating cross-cultural leadership development, and designing sustainable systems that support long-term organizational growth.In addition to my leadership work, I bring hands-on experience in academic instruction, collaborating with instructional teams, applying data-informed practices, and supporting student learning within structured educational environments.
