As an ACE attorney for the United States Attorney\'s Office, I represent the United States Federal Government and its agencies in affirmative civil matters before the Federal District Courts and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in cases involving government contracts fraud, civil fraud and equity skimming, health care fraud, qui tam, civil enforcement proceedings, and Federal employee ethics and conflicts of interest violations. I have also represented the United States and its agencies in defensive matters before the Federal District Courts and the Court of Appeals in matters involving employment and labor issues and discrimination, malpractice, Federal Torts Claims Act, and constitutional torts.Previously, as a criminal prosecutor, I represented the United States in criminal matters before the United States Federal Courts and the District of Columbia Superior Courts in cases involving violent offenses, major narcotics, gang-related prosecutions, homicides, and financial crimes.
