About Richard Valdes
Richard Valdes has been modelling turbulent combustion using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) since 1989. Currently he designs the latest combustion systems for heavy-duty gas turbines of the 50 Hz and 60 Hz market. His current focus is on Large Eddy Simulation (LES) of combustion systems for both predicting and optimizing their performance. Richard is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt using the DMADV (DFSS) method. His current areas of interest include Machine Learning.
