About Valarae Partee

I’m an environmental engineer grounded in the belief that even the smallest seeds of effort, like the humble acorn, can grow into something lasting. As an environmental engineer and as a leader, I help cultivate that growth in communities across the U.S. through water infrastructure. In my role, I work directly with Native American Tribes to address complex water challenges and supporting infrastructure that protects public health, restores ecosystems, and honors cultural relationships with water. While my work is deeply technical, it’s ultimately about people: listening, learning, and co-creating systems that help communities thrive.
