Manage and improve BAU support to the business on legacy systems whilst transformation project is underway. Proactively look for opportunities to make incremental enhancements and improvements to current and future IT systems and analytical capabilities. Increased efficiency and productivity across enterprise application/platform via overhauling and modernization systems and processes.
