Catalyst Housing Ltd, one of the leading housing associations in London and the South East, providing more than homes through a wide range of rental and homeownership opportunities, with over customers, and a philosophy of ‘Better Homes, Better Service, Better Future’.• Developing and embedding the Workplace Strategy, helping to realise Catalyst’s ambition, and evolve a great place to work that attracts and retains great talent. • Using knowledge, leadership and energy to inspire a high-quality FM service to the business, combining resources and activities to contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.• Successful development and leadership of the Front of House, FM, Health & Safety and Business Support Teams (17 direct reports) to deliver an exceptional customer service combined with a safe and efficient working environment to colleagues in the head office building and five regional offices across London and the South East.• Project managed successful delivery of new head office reception area, meeting the brief of the CEO who wanted the reaction from visitors of “Wow, I didn’t expect this from a housing association”.• Working with health and safety colleagues to ensure health and safety requirements and obligations are met and safe working practices are adopted across all office premises.• Responsible for the physical security arrangements and contracts across all office premises, proactively identifying risks and mitigation.• Managing all sub-contractor activity and relationships, ensuring effective service contracts are in place to achieve real value for money (Cleaning, PPM, Security, Grounds Maintenance)
