Senior Level Tech Consultant, Project Manager and Business Process Re-engineering expert. 30+ years consulting experience gained across a number of organisations in both public and private sectors in globally with a strong focus in payment technologies. Extensive experience with the Fraedom technology, a passionate supporter since it was released to the NZ market in Before joining Fraedom in 2007, worked almost exclusively with Fraedom re-sellers in a business development and implementation capacity in NZ and Australia. Worked directly with Fraedom’s white label partners globally driving initiatives that resulted in accelerated growth for these partners. Experience in global implementations of the Fraedom technology for direct customers such as Fonterra, Rio Tinto, large card schemes such as Visa Inc, and large issuers such as Bank of Montreal, TD, UMB, STI, Barclaycard and ING. Currently manages SpendLabs delivery to banking partners as part of Fiserv Card Services Team. A long time musician and creative, in July 2011, also worked with Booktrack (launched in August 2011). Booktrack creates soundtracks (complete with music, ambiance and sfx) for eBooks that match individual readers\' reading speed. During this time, was responsible for business operations and delivering the audio component of each Booktrack either directly or through sanctioned partners. This is where the \"most memorable work day\" occurred when given the responsibility to critique the NZSO in Mozart recordings and then work with the sound team at Park Road Post Productions (of Peter Jackson fame) to produce high quality audio tracks.
