Worked on solutions to reduce recovery time (RTO, RPO).· Built Resiliency dashboard by collecting the Critical Technology Infrastructure metrics based on resiliency dimensions from various tools like Prometheus and Grafana dashboards, which provides the Technology Infrastructure leaders to view the resiliency status.· Worked on Observability monitoring for service mesh environments.· Conducted thorough gap analyses to identify in monitoring and ensure Observability policies were robust and enforceable.· Designed and implemented enterprise-wide monitoring strategy leveraging Datadog for applications, infrastructure, and cloud-native services.· Defined monitoring standards, KPIs, and SLIs/SLOs, aligning observability with business service health.· Automated alerting strategies with Datadog Event Correlation & Monitors, reducing alert noise by 60%.· Partnered with DevOps, SRE, and Security teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines and cloud frameworks.· Built executive-level dashboards and reports in Datadog for real-time visibility of service health, security events, and customer impact.
