A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving long-term customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do.With close to 5 years of experience across Customer Success, Account Management, and Corporate Sales, I bring a consultative and relationship-driven approach to every account I manage. Currently at SurveySparrow, I oversee a portfolio of 120+ accounts across India and the Middle East, helping organisations unlock the full value of their customer and employee experience strategies.I work closely with clients to drive retention, improve response rates, and build experience management strategies that create real business impact. Through Quarterly Business Reviews, Value Accelerator Programs, and hands-on implementation support, I focus on turning clients into brand advocates and their customers into success stories. My expertise spans customer experience, employee experience, and feedback management, with deep product knowledge across SurveySparrow, SparrowDesk, the Recruitment Portal, and ThrivesSparrow.Beyond client work, I contribute to internal enablement by training Customer Success teams on product knowledge, CS processes, and best practices. I have built playbooks to strengthen retention and developed dashboards to track customer health and success interactions. Previously at Naukri, I spent 3.6 years as an Account Manager, where I built a strong foundation in key account management, upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship management across diverse industries.I have also had the opportunity to visit and engage with clients in person across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai.
