Hi, I’m Vaishnavi Vemula, currently working at Amazon as an Investigation Associate. Here in my journey of one year at Amazon, I have got upskilled twice starting from OTC (One touch Claims) and moving to my current role in PQ (Product Quality).In OTC, I worked on tracking parcels to identify the status of the parcel,handling refund and return processes and managing not received parcel cases for buyers. I also dug into the root causes of customer issues in lost parcel scenarios, ensuring quick and fair resolutions. I was also responsible for investigating cases to determine whether sellers or buyers abusive or fraudulent.This work fell under fraud and risk investigations, requiring detailed scrutiny of patterns, evidence, and compliance guidelines to ensure marketplace integrity.This work was focused on the North America (NA) market, covering Canada and the US.Now, in PQ, I review product listings for enforcement actions, assess whether the policy compliance (enforcement) on those listings is strong or weak, and verify seller-provided documents and invoices to ensure authenticity. Based on my findings, I remove incorrect enforcements to maintain the quality and integrity of the marketplace. In this role, I work across all global marketplaces and every case I handle is different. I enjoy using my analytical skills to protect both customers and the platform.
