This foundation shaped my interest in people-centric roles and inspired me to further explore the dynamic field of HR. Currently, I am working as an HR Executive at Walkin Manpower Solution, where I actively manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—right from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding and employee engagement programs. My role also involves assisting with policy implementation, maintaining employee documentation, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative and positive work culture. With a strong academic background in commerce and an ongoing Master’s in Applied Economics from the University of Lucknow, I bring both analytical and interpersonal strengths to the table.
