Verifying the bills with accounts for processing the payment. Sourcing & subcontracting materials & services, negotiating with vendors for improving product quality & reducing lead time for deliveries.SCM / Logistics / Operations Management Devising efficient Supply Chain Management System to ensure delivery of the goods / shipments as per committed timelines and cost. Appointing new vendors, sustaining the existing network and managing the supply chain; ensuring timely distribution of the goods. Identifying and resolving concerns in inventory, delivery, billing, service, pricing and operations by interacting with the concerned departments. Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criteria such as quality, timely delivery, and cost. Developing quality culture at vendor’s end through auditing and guidance.
