Oversee the end-to-end Performance Management lifecycle, addressing Learning and Development (L&D) and Performance Management queries as the first point of contact via AskHR in SAP SuccessFactors, while collaborating with global stakeholders, HRBPs, and employees. • Design and execute the global annual performance processes on SAP SF PMGM for employees which includes setting up of performance form template and configuring backend rules.• Design and execute the annual Compliance refresher trainings for existing employees and new joiners using SAP SF LMS.• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and performance dashboards for stakeholders.• Configure the Calibration template and manage the process in SAP, ensuring timely completion.• Demonstrate expertise in launching, deleting, and routing Performance Support Plans (PSP) and performance forms for employees.• Demonstrate expertise in backend configuration and setup of Performance Forms, Performance Support Forms, Objective Plans, and Calibration Templates.• Lead the redesign of processes, analyzing current (as-is) and future (to-be) states to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.• Serve as a vital liaison between HRIT and HR Regional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
