I’m currently working as a Team Lead Intern at Acrylic Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where I guide a team of developers and collaborate on different real-world projects. I have worked with React.js, JavaScript, PHP, MongoDB, SQL, HTML, CSS,etc depending on project requirements.During this internship, I have gained hands-on experience in developing responsive web applications, integrating backend systems, and practically implementing AI-based solutions to improve project performance and automation.As a team lead, I focus on maintaining smooth communication, managing tasks effectively, and helping team members overcome technical challenges. This experience has strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and I continue to learn and grow every day by working on new and challenging projects.
