ABOUT VAISHNAVI KAKUMANI

Vaishnavi Kakumani is a fifth-year BA.LL.B student at Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore. Her expertise spans Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) law, having worked with prominent firms such as BananaIP and Lakshmi Kumaran and Sridharan, as well as under senior litigators. Throughout her internships, Vaishnavi has gained experience in conducting prior art design searches, IP portfolio audits, and trademark infringement analysis. She has further assisted in drafting legal reports, notices, and follow-up correspondence for trademark cases, and contributed to research on topics such as sync licenses, procedural delays. Her solid legal drafting, research, and communication skills have been key in her contributions in various corporate and litigation issues. She is passionate about building a career in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property, with a keen interest in leveraging her knowledge to address complex legal issues and is eager to make meaningful contributions to the legal industry.
