As a Professional Quality Analyst with more than 5 + years of experience in software quality processes, I have been involved in end-to-end product testing and management across multiple platforms. My expertise lies in Manual Testing, Web Testing, and Automation Testing using UFT and Selenium.Currently, I am working as an Automation Tester for the client CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) at Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai. My responsibilities include Test Planning, Requirement Analysis, Test Case Creation, Defect Logging & Tracking, and Test Case Execution. I have expertise in automation testing using the UFT tool and experience using HP ALM as a project management and defect tracking tool. I also have good experience working in an Agile-Scrum environment and have regularly participated in stand-up meetings. Additionally, I have managed a cross-functional team of internal and external resources located onshore and offshore, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables by working closely with the team.Prior to my current role, I worked as an Intern for 6 months at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited in Navi Mumbai. During my internship, I designed and integrated a conversational user interface using Dialogflow. I also developed the project on an individual basis and created a recruiter bot that was made available to 140 recruiters, reducing their workload.Apart from my work experience, I hold a Jira Fundamentals Badge and have a good grasp of programming languages such as Java I also hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering from G.
