I’ve had the privilege of building a career focused on masterbrand and purpose-driven campaigns, while leading diverse facets of brand marketing including PR, digital, influencer marketing, BTL and ATL initiatives, driving e-commerce business, crisis management, content-led celebrity endorsements, branded TV sponsorships, and reputation management. This broad exposure continues to shape my strategic outlook as I explore new frontiers in brand building.A particularly fulfilling part of my journey has been driving impact through our partnership with UNICEF. This initiative enabled me to contribute meaningfully toward the welfare of underprivileged children—efforts that not only align with brand purpose but also create lasting value and differentiation in the long term. I’ve learned that for any brand to succeed sustainably, the key lies in patience and deep, on-ground engagement.New product development and market launches in the niche haircare segment have been a core strength. Expanding the category through H2H (home to home) marketing, in-store beauty advisors, performance-driven digital strategies, extensive sampling and influencer-led campaigns has reinforced an important insight: the more we educate consumers, the better we convert them.
