My experience in CAR-T therapy at Novartis exposed me to a critical gap: breakthrough therapies can achieve remarkable clinical outcomes, but without strong operational and commercial strategy, their full impact is never realized. That perspective led me to transition into product management, where I focus on bridging innovation, global markets, and patient access.
