Success is a journey, the way I experience it one day at a time. I believe the best results are achieved through the balanced approach of masculine and feminine energies in creating a great team of a centred, calm, energetic and vibrant environment. Having worked in corporates and as an entrepreneur, my learnings are diverse and have helped me explore untrodden paths and leave trails. I am also very grateful to have come across good leaders and mentors who have been inspirational and held a lamp as a guiding force to reckon with. This has moulded and still moulding me to be a better leader and learning never stops.
