India Sector: Cloud Migration Factory Data Security and Privacy Activities (DS & P)- Onboarding checklist, Offboarding Checklist, Data Removal Certificates, Workplace Security Checks, Criminal Check, Documentation’s and Data retention. Technical Writing- Created User guides, Release Notes as part of Technical Writing.(From June 2019 till date date.) Sector Level Operations – • Tracking and Managing ILC delinquencies for closures • Own Process Tool (E.g - End date Management Tool, Project Database). • Follow up on Roll-Off Cases weekly basis liaised with concerned PM and update them • Follow up on Bench cases, collecting their resumes and coordinating, Liaising with RDM’s, Liaising with People Manager’s for their assignments. • Requesting for PMP’s creation to RDM team and getting the resources assignment. • Create Account id’s for the projects as and when requested which include US and Non-US both having different Process • Chairing Team Meetings for Tracking Utilization of Sector Resources, Discuss roll off cases their end dates and assignments. • Creating and Maintaining Wiki Pages. • Coordinating team lunch events. Automation’s Activities for below Report- 1. Demands Report: Providing the base data this Report would fetch the details for specific Projects, Department and JRSS as per requirement for our Sector. Financial Report- Provides the Actuals & forecast quarterly, Yearly and Monthly basis based on ILC hours per week. Roll Off and Bench Report: This report would just do the formatting and the adjustments of the columns. Team Size : 300 – 350
