Professional with 14 years of rich experience in the HR domain, particularly in the L&D space. She is a certified trainer, has conducted innumerable training events for professionals at all levels (Entry level curriculum to leadership programs). She is now on a journey to help clients create for teams and the firm at large. She believes in aligning the training function with the business goals and playing the role of a partner in achieving results. She is a huge proponent of mentoring and has put together several mentoring programs for the firms she has worked with. She, herself has mentored many of her colleagues and friends.
