Improvising on the existing programs to ensure they are suitable to the requirements of India Acceleration center.• Independently designed and implemented the training program to ensure adoption of a new globally introduced client engagement tool for ~1400 professionals in 45 days. The blended approach of instructor-led sessions, hands-on training, post-training engagement with professionals, and evaluating outcomes through surveys and assessments after peak periods led to a 71% adoption rate within 6 months.• Collaborated extensively with the US Partner to transition new work into India by developing specialized functional capabilities among Tax professionals, delivering over client hours and contributing to revenue generation. • Launched an onboarding program for Lateral Hires, designed to accelerate their assimilation into their roles. The program immersed them in the firm\'s core values, functional skills and prepared them to be client ready. • Designed and delivered a 7-month learning program partnering with US Leadership and SME’s to upskill professionals, resulting in a 22% increase in client hours compared to the previous year. Streamlined the approach to engage with project-based SME’s to deliver training programs and provide post training on-job support to professionals.• Single handedly hosted a cross functional L&D connect with over 100 global L&D professionals and leaders participating to share insights on various L&D initiatives, best practices, and collaborative discussions.• End to end management, supervision and execution of blended functional and leadership learning programs.
