Vaishali Jadhav is a seasoned professional with two decades of experience building, scaling, and facilitating global programs for purpose-driven organizations. Her career began as a Consultant at the Gallup Organization, leveraging Q12™ and StrengthsFinder™ assessments to foster engaged leaders.After earning her M.B.A. and a successful career in Washington, D.C, Vaishali transitioned to Whole Foods Market, where she played a key role in deploying the company\'s first competency model, co-producing the Team Member Innovation Challenge, overseeing employee engagement processes, and significantly contributing to the success of the Academy for Conscious Leadership—a program immersing leaders in the tenets of Conscious Capitalism.After her time at Whole Foods, she wanted to explore the realm of leadership and technology, and facilitated global, executive programs at Indeed.com and Procore Technologies. Vaishali is currently the Founder of Mandalight Learning where she blends experience and intuition to craft conscious, experiential learning programs. Having made an impact at The Gallup Organization, Whole Foods Market, Indeed and the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute, Vaishali is a skilled facilitator and instructor, leaving a lasting impact on leadership development.Mandalight Learning has partnered with amazing companies such as P.
