ABOUT VAISHALI DHINGRA

I completed my MBA in 1997 from a Government University and have since devoted over 24 years to academics and academic administration. Currently, I serve as Dean, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Rama University, Kanpur, teaching Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing at UG and PG level.Earlier, I was Joint Registrar (R&D), Professor, and Chief Editor of the journal Viewpoint at Teerthanker Mahaveer University. I have authored several books and published 80 research papers in reputed journals including those of IIM, XLRI, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and SAGE. I have delivered numerous sessions as a keynote speaker at prestigious forums, including IIT Delhi, University of Delhi, UGC Refresher Courses, Bootcamps (Nagpur University, University of Mumbai, SRM University, IITK, CSJMU, TMU, and others), Faculty Development Programs for various Universities across the nation (Haryana Agriculture University, Graphic Era University, Chandigarh University, Uttaranchal University, Amrapali University etc. and Entrepreneurship Skill Development Programs (ESDP) at IIT Kanpur, and have been associated as a trainer for IPS officers at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Police Academy. I’m also engaged with Uttar Pradesh Small Industries Corporation Limited (UPSIC), GOI as an expert. My Ph.D. focused on quality of work life in the handicraft industry, inspired by my association with Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) as a resource person. I also established Entrepreneurship Development Cell in various Universities I was associated with, mentored start-ups, and continue to promote student innovation and skill development.
