SYKE was acquired by Consilio, and is now a Consilio company. As SA, I continued to lead anchor projects, and led the business analysis and program management of Consilio\'s biggest CLM account at the time. I managed client stakeholders, understood requirements, and advised clients on their requirements. Complex integrations with platforms like ServiceNow and eSign platforms were designed. The project expansion to cover over 100 countries was overseen.I now lead the team that maintains and enhances this system globally.
