Work on pricing throughout USA & Canada with multiple carrier and other offices globally on rate request. Quote freight rates FTL/LTL/FCL/LCL/Warehouse determine appropriate routing origins/destinations, negotiate ocean and air fright rates with carriers and determine the most cost-effective method of shipping while quoting customer timely, accurately and competitively. Developing and leading end-to-end solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods Analyze cost, profit and market rates to help company growth. Analyze past, present, and future market rates to help strategize for new clients Arrange Cargo Booking with carriers, customers & overseas agents Experience with Ocean carries & co – loaders on global rate negotiations. Responsible for order taking, route planning, and driver co-ordination To support and resolve claims + disputes. Good Knowledge in US & Canada Geography Handling incoming calls and requirements from drivers & customers.
