KSWMP – World Bank and AIIB funded project is a collaborative effort between the Government of Kerala and Urban local bodies, aims to enhance solid waste management across the state. Total Value – 2400 CRConducted thorough assessments of procurement requirements and drafted RFQ and RFBdocuments, ensuring compliance with the PIM and World Bank guidelines. Updated procurementportals such as the STEP system of the World Bank to maintain transparency and accuracy in projectdocumentation. Reviewed project proposals from ULBs, identifying gaps in solid waste management (SWM) processes and assisting in formulating projects to address these issues, including institutionalstrengthening and capacity building. Collaborated closely with Technical Support Consultants to develop SWM plans and Detailed Project Reports for goods and dumpsite remediation, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Played a key role in planning and legal and policy formulation for SWM at ULB levels. Contributed to the development of MIS for SWM to enhance data management. Worked in coordination with the SPMU to prepare planning schedules in MSP and facilitated RFQ and RFB preparation for Component 2 works within the KSWMP. Coordinated activities related to Component 2 and facilitated the onboarding of PRICE 3 software for the KSWMP. Procured goods for SWM equipment through the GEM. Conducted quality reviews of infrastructure project readiness based on various qualitative and quantitative parameters, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Developed feasibility reports for the remediation of legacy waste through bioremediation processes, leveraging innovative solutions. Monitored and controlled project execution progress through periodic reviews and comprehensive documentation. Assisted in the development of information and promotional materials to raise awareness and support for SWM initiatives.
