Coordinator – Documentation | CSR Reporting | ESG | Impact Assessment | Data-Driven Strategy | Project ManagementI am a CSR and documentation professional with 5+ years of experience in reporting, impact assessment, and project management. Currently, I serve as the Coordinator – Documentation at Seva Sahayog Foundation, a nonprofit organization that implements CSR initiatives in the sectors of education, health, environment, and livelihood. My role supports structured and outcome-driven program execution by ensuring accurate and compelling reporting.My academic background includes a Master’s in Instrumentation Science and a Bachelor’s in Electronics Science. To strengthen my practical skills, I have completed certifications in The Materiality of ESG Factors (University of Pennsylvania), CSR and Its Applied Aspects (HCL Foundation), Google Data Analytics, and Google Project Management. These credentials complement my fieldwork and provide a solid foundation for impact-driven documentation.My core responsibilities include designing and implementing standardized reporting templates, reviewing and refining over 450 project reports to ensure clarity and alignment with partner goals, and managing a centralized MIS for data tracking and documentation. I have contributed to the publication of four annual reports and helped revamp the organization’s website to enhance visibility. I also draft internal documentation policies, coordinate with project teams and interns, and support cross-functional reporting needs across the organization.I am passionate about transforming data into meaningful stories that drive strategic decisions and amplify the social impact of CSR programs. I look forward to contributing my skills in CSR, ESG, and impact measurement to initiatives that promote responsible business practices and advance sustainable development goals.
