As a Public Speaking Teacher Intern at The Yoga Institute, I am responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of courses aimed at enhancing communication skills, confidence, and presentation abilities. I work closely with instructors to support the creation of engaging lesson plans, provide feedback to students, and guide them through exercises that integrate mindful speaking techniques with yoga principles. This role allows me to combine my passion for public speaking with the transformative practices of yoga, fostering a space where students can grow both personally and professionally. My responsibilities also include helping to organize workshops, and contributing to the growth of a supportive learning environment.
