Over the last 18+ years, I’ve led $100M+ enterprise programs across financial services and transportation, partnering with engineering, architecture, and business leaders to build reliable, scalable platforms.Recently, I’ve driven an enterprise data convergence initiative that rationalized 17K+ datasets and 10PB of storage, delivering $2.76M in annual cost savings while improving data protection and compliance.    In this role I led Capital One\'s Data Imperatives portfolio that involved partnership from 12+ Lines of business and cross functional Tech and Product teams- Led $100M+ Data Convergence program establishing the data infrastructure and governance foundations required for enterprise AI/ML initiatives, including standardized data lineage, quality frameworks, and risk management alignment with regulatory requirements- Developed strategy decks that shaped decision making for senior leadership team - Designed and deployed automation tools (backlog dashboards, convergence calculators, JIRA-based risk reporting) replacing manual processes and improving visibility into execution health at portfolio scale- Led hackathon that involved evaluation and governance requirements for GenAI use cases by defining data readiness
